Kathy Lookadoo, the storage facility manager is AWESOME! She is so personable, available and willing to help and go the extra mile in every way. We were planning a move out of state, and we weren't sure we'd be able to fit everything into the truck until the end. Kathy was willing to let us ship whatever couldn't fit to her facility and said she'd handle getting it into our units even before we arrived down there. Whatever we needed, she was willing to help with. She just earnestly cares about people and wants to help in whatever way she can. We can't recommend her and the facility more highly. She really made our lives easier.
We rented two units – one in the climate control area and one with drive up access. Both were clean, new, well maintained. When one of the air conditioning units seemed to be having an issue in the climate control area, she immediately responded and got someone out to take care of it.
